Abstract
Kangkung darat (Ipomoea reptans) adalah salah satu tanaman hortikultura yang memiliki komoditas sangat besar di Indonesia, kebanyakan petani masih menggunakan pupuk kimia untuk menunjang produksinya sehingga harus mengeluarkan biaya lebih, pupuk kimia menyebabkan tanah menjadi keras dan asam sehingga organisme penyubur tanah banyak yang mati. POC Urine kelinci memiliki unsur hara yang lengkap dan relatif lebih mudah diserap tanah sehingga dapat memulihkan nutrisi tanah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dosis POC urine kelinci yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan kangkung darat (Ipomoea reptans). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dikebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sunan Bonang Tuban, Kecamatan Tuban Kabupaten Tuban pada bulan Maret sampai April 2022, dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) sederhana, 5 taraf perlakuan dan 5 pengulangan. Pemupukan dilakukan dengan cara disiramkan langsung kemedia tanam dengan dosis : P0 = dosis 0 ml/L (kontrol), P1 = dosis 7 ml/L, P2 = dosis 14 ml/L, P3 = dosis 21 ml/L, dan P4 = dosis 28 ml/L. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perlakuan P2 dengan dosis 14 ml/L memiliki pengaruh tertinggi dibandingkan perlakuan lain pada tanaman kangkung darat dengan hasil tinggi tanaman 12,5b, jumlah daun 28,60b, dan berat ekonomis 5,30b pada penelitian 30 hst, Demikian hasil penelitian pada tiap perlakuan pemberian dosis POC urine kelinci yang memberikan pengaruh berbeda pada tingi, jumlah daun, dan berat ekonomis tanaman kangkung darat (Ipomoea reptans)..
Water spinach (Ipomoea reptans) is one of the horticultural crops that has a very large commodity in Indonesia, most farmers still use chemical fertilizers to support their production so they have to pay more, chemical fertilizers cause the soil to become hard and acidic so that many soil-fertilizing organisms die. POC Rabbit Urine has complete nutrients and is relatively more easily absorbed by the soil so that it can restore soil nutrients. This research was conducted to determine the effect of giving different doses of rabbit urine POC on the growth of ground water spinach (Ipomoea reptans). This research was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sunan Bonang University, Tuban, Tuban District, Tuban Regency from March to April 2022, using a simple Randomized Block Design (RBD), 5 treatment levels and 5 replications. Fertilization was done by sprinkling directly onto the planting medium at the following doses: P0 = 0 ml/L dose (control), P1 = 7 ml/L dose, P2 = 14 ml/L dose, P3 = 21 ml/L dose, and P4 = dose 28ml/L. The results showed that the P2 treatment at a dose of 14 ml/L gave the highest effect compared to other treatments on land water spinach plants with a plant height of 12.5b, number of leaves 28.60b, and economic weight of 5.30b in the 30 hst study. each treatment was given a dose of rabbit urine POC which had a different effect on height, number of leaves, and economic weight of water spinach (Ipomoea reptans).
