Abstract
Bawang merah (Allium ascolanicum L.) merupakan salah satu komuditas sayuran yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat baik dilihat dari nilai ekonomisnya yang tinggi maupun nilai gizinya. Di Kabupaten Tuban khususnya di Kecamatan Grabagan minat para petani sangat sedikit untuk membudidayakan bawang merah. Dilihat dari Badan Pusat Statisik minat petani bawang merah di Kecamatan Grabagan masih tergolong rendah. Pupuk organik cair (POC) yaitu pupuk organik dalam sediaan cair yang mengandung unsur hara berbentuk larutan yang sangat halus sehingga sangat mudah diserap oleh tanaman. Pengaturan jarak tanam yang sesuai merupakan salah satu program intensifikasi untuk meningkatkan laju produksi tanaman. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Banyubang Kecamatan Grabagan Kabupaten Tuban Provinsi Jawa Timur bulan April 2022, ketinggian tempat kurang lebih 500 Meter diatas permukaan laut (mdpl). Metode penelitian dengan cara Pengumpulan data pengambilannya dengan cara langsung dilahan penelitian, petak penelitian disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) berpola faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah Dosis POC (D) dan faktor ke dua jarak tanam (J) ada 9 kombinasi perlakuan dan masing- masing perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Perlakuan tersebut antara lain ( J1 Jarak tanam 15 cm x 15 cm), ( J2: Jarak tanam 15 cm x 20 cm), (J3: Jarak tanam 15 cm x 25 cm), (D1: Dosis POC urin sapi 250 ml/1 liter air), (D2: Dosis POC urin sapi 500 ml/1 liter air), (D3: Dosis POC urin sapi 750 ml/1 liter air). Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pemberian berbagai kombinasi pupuk organik cair urin sapi dengan jarak taman memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil produksi tanaman bawang merah yang berbeda, dan hasil penelitian menunjukan konsentrasi optimum pemberian pupuk organik cair urin sapi dan jarak tanam pada tanaman bawang merah adalah 750 ml/l air dan jarak tanam 15 cm x 25 cm.
Shallot (Allium ascolanicum L.) is a very important vegetable commodity for the community both in terms of its high economic value and nutritional value. In Tuban Regency, especially in Grabagan District, there is very little interest from farmers in cultivating shallots. Judging from the Central Bureau of Statistics, the interest of shallot farmers in Grabagan District is still relatively low. Liquid organic fertilizer (POC) is organic fertilizer in liquid preparations containing nutrients in the form of a very fine solution so that it is easily absorbed by plants. Adjusting the appropriate spacing is one of the intensification programs to increase the rate of crop production. The research was conducted in Banyubang Village, Grabagan District, Tuban Regency, East Java Province in April 2022, with an altitude of approximately 500 meters above sea level (masl). The research method involved collecting data directly in the research area. The research plots were arranged in a randomized block design (RBD) with a factorial pattern consisting of two factors. The first factor was POC dose (D) and the second factor was spacing (J) there were 9 treatment combinations and each treatment was repeated 3 times. These treatments included (J1 Spacing 15 cm x 15 cm), (J2: Planting spacing 15 cm x 20 cm), (J3: Planting spacing 15 cm x 25 cm), (D1: POC dose of cow urine 250 ml/1 liter of water), (D2: POC dose of cow urine 500 ml/1 liter of water), (D3: POC dose of cow urine 750 ml/1 liter of water). The results of this study were that the application of various combinations of cow urine liquid organic fertilizer with garden spacing had an effect on the growth and yield of different shallot crop production, and the results showed that the optimum concentration of cow urine liquid organic fertilizer and spacing for shallot plants was 750 ml/l of water and a spacing of 15 cm x 25 cm.
